Welcome to Preschool!

Picture 115

Our preschool classrooms are organized with a center-based philosophy. There are clearly defined, well-equipped interest areas arranged to promote decision making, cooperation, active participation, experimentation and independence. Our teachers help the children explore by asking open-minded questions and providing materials and activities that build on children’s interests and experiences.

Our rooms are filled with opportunities for creative play, allowing children to develop skills appropriate to their individual needs. While every day is different at Everything Grows, each day is also structured to develop independence and security. We believe children need both structured and unstructured time and we have created a curriculum that fosters independence, which prepares the children for the next important steps they will be taking. The children also gain a sense of well being from the predictable situations of their day.
